The view was nice! I really enjoyed outstanding and amazing breakfast. The room was great-sized and outstanding. The bed was good. The hotel was fairly clean with excellent staff. The location was perfect, for example, The Woodlands Mall was not too far from the property. This hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, friendly staff, and a convenient location near The Woodlands Mall. Enjoy a nice view, outstanding breakfast, and spacious rooms during your vacation.

I don't think that the service here could get any better. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out, the staff is helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

I do not recommend this hotel. Especially terrible service and hotel managers. We did pre-order numbers for the two months prior to arrival. They are reserved with a credit card is 5 times more money and overstated the price of 100 dollars for each day. Managers do not want to talk and hiding. I had to spend every day of the nerves and time to settle once and return the money. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, situated in an upscale area. The staff is consistently courteous. The rooms are spacious and offer a wooded private view.

Great location easy to get to Pavillion for a concert or walk to the mall.

I come to The Woodlands almost every year for business conference where is a big convention center in Waterway Mariott. I stay at Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands every time I visited because it is walk distance to the convention center and close to a big shopping mall and many restaurants is accessible. If you want to drive a car, those are not merit to you, but if you do not want to drive in foreign country (I mean, I come from Japan), "walk distance" is big advantage. The rooms of this hotel are very clean and nice, I have never felt negative vibes.

Sometimes before, I met that the water tanks of toilets were broken, they were old. I fixed them by myself, did not have to call hotel people, but those should be renovated, I think.

The breakfast had a lot of options including decent bread, yogurt, and fruit. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and excellent, with a microwave and good lighting. The location was marvelous and the room was clean.

This venue is well-kept and the rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator, plus it's in a fantastic location making it easy to access the Pavilion for events or take a stroll to the mall.

Great location, close to water front and shops and restaurants, walking distance everything. Breakfast was good value at $8
